The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to NeckReset. NeckReset operates this website and online store and provides the related information, content, features, products, tools, and services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to offer the Services.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied with your order is correct.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or been dispatched, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

additional shipping or handling costs may apply where permitted by law.
SECTION 13 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to the customer.
SECTION 15 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Services may include third-party services, applications, payment processors, integrations, or tools.
Those services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeckReset is not responsible for the independent conduct, availability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party services that we do not control.
SECTION 16 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties.
A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.
Customers who access third-party websites should review the applicable terms, policies, and security practices before making transactions or providing personal information.
SECTION 17 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
NeckReset is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and NeckReset.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered through our store.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for product performance, fulfillment, customer service, returns, or claims arising from products purchased from NeckReset.
SECTION 18 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is hosted through Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and service providers necessary to operate the store, process payments, detect fraud, fulfill orders, provide analytics, and deliver related ecommerce services.

If you voluntarily submit:
- Reviews

We reserve the right to restrict access where we reasonably believe abuse or unlawful conduct has occurred.
SECTION 22 — FRAUD, CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers should contact us first if there is a legitimate problem with an order.
Submitting a knowingly false chargeback, false fraud claim, manipulated evidence, or knowingly inaccurate payment dispute may constitute abuse of the Services.
We reserve the right to provide payment processors, banks, carriers, fraud-prevention providers, and other appropriate parties with relevant transaction records necessary to investigate or defend a dispute.
This may include:
- Order confirmation
- Tracking information
- Delivery records

Nothing in this section restricts a customer's lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or improper transaction.
SECTION 23 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES OR CONSUMER GUARANTEES THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED, THESE TERMS DO NOT ATTEMPT TO EXCLUDE IT.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

- Your unauthorized resale, modification, or misuse of products
This obligation does not apply where the claim results from conduct for which NeckReset is legally responsible.
SECTION 26 — INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We may sell products to customers located in multiple countries.
Consumer laws differ by jurisdiction.
If mandatory consumer protection law applicable to your purchase provides rights that conflict with these Terms, the mandatory law will prevail to the extent required.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that legally cannot be waived.
SECTION 27 — CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES
International shipments may be subject to:
- Import duties
- VAT
- GST

- Violation of these Terms
- Fraud
- Security threats
- Abuse
- Illegal activity
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including those relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute-related records, and applicable law.

If any portion of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that portion will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
SECTION 30 — NO WAIVER
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
SECTION 31 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing use of the Services.
They supersede prior representations concerning the subject matter addressed by these Terms, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
SECTION 32 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be interpreted under the laws applicable to the merchant operating NeckReset, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply based on the customer's jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections or jurisdictional rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
SECTION 33 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms periodically.
The most current version will be posted on this page.
Material changes will take effect in accordance with applicable law.
